Terms and Conditions – Personal Training Sessions

Booking & Payments

  •   All personal training sessions must be booked in advance through our website or directly with a trainer. 
  •   Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 
  •   Packages must be paid in full prior to the first session. 

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of personal training sessions.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the session.
  • If the missed session is part of a prepaid package, it will be deducted from the package total. 
  • Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at the discretion of the trainer or management. 

Session Validity

  •   All personal training packages have a validity period of 3–6 months from the date of purchase (depending on the package). 
  •   Unused sessions after this period will expire and are non-refundable. 

Late Arrivals

  •   Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of their scheduled session only. 
  •   Sessions will end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. 

Health & Safety

  •   Clients must complete our customer waiver prior to commencing their session. 
  •   Clients are responsible for notifying their trainer of any medical conditions or changes in their health. 

Trainer Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute trainers in case of illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts.

Refunds & Transfers

  • Personal training sessions and packages are non-refundable. 
  • Sessions are non-transferable to other individuals unless previously approved. 

Code of Conduct

  •  Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. 
  •  Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of services without a refund. 

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
